How We Can Help
West End Legal Services work in the area of landlord tenant law. We can assist
tenants with a variety of matters, including:
- Matters that fall under the Social Housing Reform Act
*If the only reason the tenant is being evicted is due to rent arrears because they
cannot pay the rent, the matter is referred to the Landlord/Tenant Duty Counsel
To avoid conflict of interest situations, the clinic represents tenants only. However,
the clinic does not represent tenants in situations that involve a co-tenant.
